What is CallPerks?
▪ CallPerks is a feature offered by Jazz in collaboration with TonePerks LLP for Jazz users. It replaces the traditional Reverse Ring Back Tone (RRBT) with targeted audio advertisements during outgoing calls. Customers earn rewards for listening to these ads including 5 on-net minutes & 50MB’s every day for making 10 or more than 10 phone calls
▪ Expiry of these 5 on-net minutes & 50MB’s will take place after 24hrs, after the posting
▪ These rewards can be earned only once a day
How can I join CallPerks?
Existing Apni Dhun (RRBT) subscribers are automatically subscribed to CallPerks.
Is CallPerks free of cost?
Yes, CallPerks is free of charge for all customers. There are no fees for opting in or opting out of the service.
How can I opt out of CallPerks?
You can opt out by sending an SMS with the content “STOP” to 2301. You will receive a confirmation message, and your participation in CallPerks will be terminated immediately
What happens to my points if I opt out of CallPerks?
If you opt out of CallPerks, your accumulated points will remain valid for 365 days from the opt-out date. After this period, any unredeemed points will expire and be removed from your account.
Points and Rewards
How do I earn points with CallPerks?
You earn 10 points each time you listen to an advertisement for at least 3 seconds during an outgoing call. You can earn points for up to 30 impressions per day.
How can I check my points balance?
You can check your points balance by logging into the CallPerks website (www.callperks.com.pk) using your mobile number and an OTP (one-time password).
What types of rewards can I redeem with my points?
Rewards include mobile top-ups, e-vouchers for apps & other online stores. The rewards catalog is regularly updated to include new and exciting options.
How do I redeem my points for rewards?
To redeem your points, log into the CallPerks website, browse the rewards catalog, select your voucher, add them to your cart, and complete the purchase using your accumulated points
What happens if my points expire?
Points are valid for 365 days from the date of accumulation. If not redeemed within this period, the points will expire and be removed from your account.
Advertisements and Service Experience
What types of ads will I hear on CallPerks?
Ads may include internal Jazz promotions, third-party advertisements, and special offers or bundles. The content is selected to be relevant and engaging for users.
How often will ads play during my calls?
Ads will play at controlled intervals to avoid user fatigue. The service is designed to optimize customer experience by limiting ad frequency and ensuring ads are relevant.
Can I control which ads I hear?
Currently, customers cannot select specific ads. However, ads are targeted based on customer profiles and usage patterns to ensure they are relevant to you.
What happens if there is a service outage?
In case of a service outage, the default system tone will play during calls. Customers will be notified of outages via SMS

How is my personal data used in CallPerks?
Personal data is used to manage the CallPerks service, track points, and deliver targeted advertisements. All data processing is done following Jazz’s Privacy Notice.
Will my data be shared with third parties?
Data necessary for reward processing may be shared with TonePerks LLP and third-party partners, as required. Data sharing is done in compliance with privacy regulations.

How often are new rewards added to the CallPerks catalogue?
The CallPerks rewards catalogue is updated regularly with new and exciting rewards. Customers will receive notifications via SMS when new rewards become available.
Are there any limits on how many rewards I can redeem?
There is no specific limit on the number of rewards you can redeem, as long as you have enough points in your account. However, certain high-value rewards may have availability constraints, which will be indicated in the rewards catalog.
What if I change my mind regarding the redemption of a voucher? Can I undo it?
Once a voucher has been redeemed, it cannot be reversed or exchanged. We recommend reviewing the reward details carefully before confirming your redemption
Technical and Service Issues
What should I do if my points are not updating correctly?

Customer support will assist in investigating and resolving the issue.
How can I report inappropriate or offensive advertisements?
If you encounter an advertisement that you find inappropriate or offensive, please report it to Jazz customer support. Provide details such as the time of the call and a description of the ad content to assist in the review process.
Can I temporarily disable advertisements without opting out of CallPerks?
Currently, CallPerks does not offer the option to temporarily disable ads without opting out of the service. If you wish to stop hearing ads, you will need to opt-out completely.
Service Performance and Outages
Will CallPerks affect the performance of my mobile service?
No, CallPerks is designed to operate without affecting the performance of your mobile service. Ads play in the background during call setup and should not impact call quality or connectivity.
What happens to my CallPerks service during a network outage?
In the event of a network outage, CallPerks ads will not play, and the default system tone will be used. Once the network issue is resolved, CallPerks will resume normal operation.
Will I still earn points if I make calls during a service outage?
If CallPerks ads are not played due to a service outage, no points will be earned for those calls. Points are only earned when ads are successfully played.
Billing and Settlement
How will I be billed for CallPerks?
CallPerks is a free service, and there are no direct charges for subscribing, earning points, or redeeming rewards. However, if you choose to use cash along with points for reward redemption, standard transaction charges may apply.
How are the rewards funded in CallPerks?
