Please note that PMCL reserves the right to share MSISDN and counter information (such as impressions) with third parties for the purpose of processing rewards.

Opt-Out

You may choose to opt out of the service at any time through SMS or other designated channels provided by PMCL.

• Once opted out, all ad impressions and reward accruals will immediately cease.
• The default tune will replace the advertisements, and you will no longer hear any promotional content during outgoing calls.
• Any pending rewards may still be claimed according to the validity period mentioned above.

Amendments

TonePerks reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most recent version will be made available on the PMCL website.

By opting into this service, you automatically accept these terms and conditions in their entirety.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan and are subject to the jurisdiction of the Pakistani courts.
