CallPerks Perks is unique service offered by Pakistan Mobile Communications Limited (“PMCL”) to its customers in collaboration with TonePerks LLP. This service provides PMCL customers with the unique opportunity to earn rewards/incentives by replacing Reverse Ring Back Tone ( “RRBT”). This occurs when Party A make an outgoing call they listen to a targeted advertisement/announcement instead of RRBT or default system tone until the time Party B picks up their call.
Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully. By subscribing to Callperks you agree to these Terms. These Terms govern your access to and use of Callperks services and any information sent, received, stored, or otherwise appearing on the Callperks website. The information such as basic details of the customer including, the name, gender, city, date of birth, CNIC details and address collected by PMCL is related to the use of CallPerks specifically and is controlled by PMCL.
Subscription Process

Users may subscribe to CallPerks by responding to the Voice Broadcast Service (VBS) prompts for the subscription of service, service available to only targeted customers.
- Customers may be automatically subscribed to this service based on demographic and psychographic profiling aligned with advertiser target segments. Consent is implied through service usage, and users can opt out anytime.
Rewards & Points Accumulation

Customers will earn 5 on-net minutes & 50MB’s every day for making 10 or more than 10 phone calls in a day

Expiry of these 5 on-net minutes & 50MB’s will take place after 24hrs, after the posting

Customers will earn 10 points for every valid advertisement impression, where an impression is defined as an advertisement listened to for a minimum of 3 seconds.
- A maximum of 30 impressions or 300 points may be earned per day, regardless of the total number of calls made.
- Points are credited to the customer’s account on day end 00:00 Daily
- Jazz is not responsible for uncredited points due to technical issues, network interruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money or transferred to other accounts or programs.
Points Expiry

Points accumulated under CallPerks will expire 365 days from the date they are credited, unless redeemed prior to that period.

In the event of unsubscription, all remaining points will remain valid for 60 days from the date of unsubscription and will expire thereafter.
Redemption of Rewards

Points can be redeemed exclusively through the CallPerks website by logging into the user account.

Rewards include mobile data, voice minutes, discounts, e-vouchers, and physical items, subject to availability.

Once a redemption request is submitted, it cannot be modified, canceled, or refunded.

Physical items are available on a first-come, first-served basis and are limited to available stock.
- These rewards are non-transferable, subject to availability, and can only be redeemed within the CallPerks website (callperks.com.pk)
Unsubscription Process

Users may unsubscribe from the CallPerks service at any time by sending “STOP” to 2301

Upon unsubscription, all features of the service, including points accumulation, will cease immediately however the points will remain available for 60 days for redemption
Advertisement Impressions
-
Advertisements must be fully audible for at least 3 seconds to qualify as a valid impression.

Calls interrupted or terminated before meeting this duration will not generate points.

Advertisements are selected based on user preferences and contextual targeting; however, PMCL is not responsible for the content or messaging of third-party ads.
- Advertisements must be fully audible for points to be earned; interrupted or incomplete ads do not qualify as valid impressions.
Reward Availability

All rewards are offered on an “as available” basis and are subject to change or withdrawal without prior notice.

PMCL reserves the right to replace unavailable rewards with alternatives of equivalent value at its sole discretion.
- Fraudulent activities, including misuse of the service or automated systems to generate points, result in the forfeiture of accumulated points and possible account termination.
Advertisements/Announcements
PMCL has the authority to change the type and frequency of advertisements/announcements that are played, without giving advance notice to users. These changes are made to ensure that the advertisements/announcements are as engaging and effective as possible.
However, PMCL clarifies that it is not involved in and does not take responsibility for the actual creation or modification of the content within these advertisements. In other words, while PMCL can decide how often and what kind of advertisements are played, it does not control or endorse the specific messages or materials presented in them.
Ad Impressions & Rewards
Definition: An impression is counted each time an advertisement/announcement is played during an outgoing call. Impressions also count for calls that are not answered.
Customers earn 10 points for every valid advertisement impression, defined as an ad listened to for at least 3 seconds, with a maximum of 30 impressions (300 points) per day.
Points earned through the CallPerks service expire after 365 days if not redeemed. Upon un-subscription, accumulated points remain valid for 60 days before expiration.
Customers can track earned points and rewards through logging in on callperks.com.pk website.
Rewards are offered for engagement with advertisements, including mobile data, minutes, discounts, and points. These rewards are non-transferable, subject to availability, and can only be redeemed within the CallPerks website (callperks.com.pk)

Termination
PMCL reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in inappropriate behavior.
Choice of Law and Dispute Resolution
The Terms are governed by and interpreted by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes, controversies, or claims arising from the terms of or in connection with the Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Pakistani courts at Islamabad as the legal venue.
Your use of CallPerks is subject to all applicable Pakistani laws. By using CallPerks, you agree to be bound by the aforesaid.
Warranties and Disclaimers
PMCL warrants that it will perform its obligations under these Terms in a professional manner, by industry standards and as per PTA regulations, and will make reasonable efforts to keep CallPerks operational.
However, CallPerks service is provided on an “as is” basis and PMCL makes no warranties, expressed or implied, concerning the availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, completeness, performance or quality of CallPerks or the third-party websites or e vouchers available on callperks website. You acknowledge that Callperks service and website may contain errors and that PMCL does not guarantee its uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Limitation of Liability
We make reasonable efforts to provide a safe and secure platform, but we are not liable for any damages, direct or indirect, arising from the use of Callperks. Our maximum liability is limited to the points you earn for using Callperks services, if applicable. Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money or transferred to other accounts or programs.
Subscriber data, including call logs and engagement metrics, is collected to improve service.
Jazz reserves the right to modify or terminate the service without prior notice. In case of termination, rewards must be redeemed within 60 days. Participation in the service, including rewards and bonus points, is governed by Jazz’s sole discretion, with all decisions final and binding.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold PMCL harmless from any claims, liabilities, and expenses (including attorney’s fees) that arise from your misuse of the CallPerks service in breach of the Terms or applicable laws.
PMCL reserves the right to assume exclusive defence and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you. You shall cooperate in good faith with PMCL in asserting any available defences.
Modification of Terms
PMCL may update or amend the Terms to reflect changes in the CallPerks service or the law.
We will publish any amended terms on our website, and your continued use of CallPerks after the publication or notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to check our website regularly.

CallPerks Website
Registration and Login

Users must log in to the CallPerks website (www.callperks.com.pk) by providing their registered mobile number.

A One-Time Password (OTP) will be sent to the registered mobile number for authentication. Users must enter the OTP on the website to access their accounts.

Do not share the OTP with anyone. Users are solely responsible for keeping their OTP confidential and ensuring that no unauthorized person has access to it.

PMCL will not ask for your OTP under any circumstances. If you receive such a request, do not share the OTP and report it immediately to customer support.

Users agree to log out of their accounts after each session, especially when using shared or public devices.
Account Security

Users are responsible for ensuring that their mobile number is secured and not accessible to unauthorized persons.

PMCL is not liable for any unauthorized access resulting from the user’s failure to secure their mobile device.

If a user suspects that their account has been accessed without authorization, they must notify PMCL immediately at [email protected] or through the CallPerks support page.
Points and Rewards Management

Users can view their accumulated points, transaction history, and available rewards by logging into the CallPerks website using their mobile number and OTP.

Points redemption must be initiated through the website, and users are responsible for ensuring accurate selection and submission of redemption requests.

PMCL is not liable for points or rewards lost due to unauthorized access resulting from sharing OTPs or mobile device access.
Prohibited Activities

Users may not share their mobile numbers or OTPs to allow others to access their CallPerks accounts.

Any attempt to bypass the OTP authentication process, manipulate points, or misuse the website features will result in account termination and potential forfeiture of points.
Website Access

Users are responsible for ensuring they access the website only through official links provided by PMCL (www.callperks.com.pk). PMCL is not responsible for losses resulting from phishing or fraudulent websites.

Modifications to Terms
